• Yes, we have Spanish-speaking staff available (Se habla Español).

• All first-time customers receive 20% off their order and a free gram of our house flower or preroll.

• Yes, you must be 18+ with a valid medical recommendation, or 21+ with a valid state ID.

• We’ve decided not to relaunch our loyalty program due to industry challenges and financial considerations. However, we’re still committed to bringing value to our customers through partnerships with brands, offering 20-40% discounts and weekly deals. Our goal is to balance customer satisfaction with business sustainability. We need to remain profitable to continue serving our community effectively. • Yes, we offer 20% off during Happy Hour from Open - 11:30 AM and again from 4:20 PM to 7:10 PM daily. Weekly deals are updated regularly and valid for in-store, delivery, and pick-up orders.

• We offer a wide range of 100% lab-tested products including flower, pre-rolls, vape pens, wax, concentrates, edibles, and smoking accessories.

• Yes, all brands and products are 100% lab tested for quality and safety.

• Please Call the Store and communicate with a representative about the defective product. OG Nation is not responsible for defective products. We do however want to ensure you have a pleasant experience with us. We will happily exchange your product for another and take care of the defective issue with the responsible Brand.

• If you receive a defective product from a delivery, please bring the item to our store within 7 days of your delivery date to request a replacement. We understand this may be inconvenient, but there are important reasons for this policy:

1. We need to test the product in-store: Our team is required to verify and test defective products before issuing a replacement.
2. Drivers cannot test products: For everyone’s safety and to comply with state DUI laws, our delivery drivers are not allowed to test or handle cannabis products while on duty.
3. Faster resolution: Bringing the product to the store allows us to resolve your issue quickly and ensures you receive a working replacement as soon as possible.
4. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to bring the defective product to the store for evaluation and replacement. After 7 days, we are unable to process replacements for delivered products.

• To receive the delivery you must have:

1. A photo of the valid ID or passport / no photos of ID’s accepted; must be physically present in hand
2. You must be 18+ with a valid medical recommendation, or 21+ with a valid state ID.

• Upon delivery, present the ID, provide payment and once you receive your delivery, check it while the driver is there to ensure you have everything requested.

Yes there is a one time 30% off plus a Preroll 1g or Flower 1g  (depending on availability)

• No, discounts do not stack. If a brand is already on sale (for example, “OG Sinsemilla” at 30% off all day), you will receive the higher of the two discounts—either the brand discount or the Happy Hour discount (20% off)—but not both. The best deal will always be applied automatically, so you get the greatest savings available on your purchase.

• Yes, we do have some delivery area restrictions. When you place an order on our website, you’ll be prompted to enter your address at checkout. If your address is outside our delivery area, the system will notify you and prevent you from completing your order. If you’re able to proceed without any issues, then we can deliver to your location.

• Yes, California law sets daily purchase limits for cannabis products.

• You can buy up to 28.5 grams (1 ounce) of cannabis flower per day.
• You can buy up to 8 grams of cannabis concentrates (including vapes, edibles, extracts) per day.
• You can buy up to 6 immature cannabis plants per day.

• With a valid doctor’s recommendation or a state medical marijuana ID, you can buy up to 8 ounces (about 226.8 grams) of cannabis per day.
• Limits for concentrates and plants may be higher if specified by your physician and local regulations.

• No. The limits apply to your total purchases per day, not per transaction. All sales are tracked, and you cannot exceed these amounts by making multiple purchases at the same or different stores in one day.

• Purchase limits are required by state law to ensure responsible use and to prevent illegal resale or diversion of cannabis products.

• Retailers are required to check your ID and track your purchases. If you reach your daily limit, you will not be able to buy more until the next day.

• Yes, the limits apply to all types of cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, vapes, and plants.

• To become a medical cannabis patient in California, you have two main options:

Get a Doctor’s Recommendation:

• Visit a licensed physician who can evaluate your condition.
• If the doctor determines that cannabis may help, you’ll receive a written recommendation (sometimes called a “prescription,” but technically it’s a recommendation due to federal law).
• You can use this recommendation at licensed dispensaries to purchase medical cannabis.

Apply for a Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC):

• After getting a doctor’s recommendation, you can apply for a state-issued MMIC through your county’s Department of Public Health.
• The application requires your doctor’s recommendation, proof of residency, and a government-issued ID.
• There is a fee (varies by county), and you will receive a physical card if approved.

• You only need a doctor’s recommendation to access medical cannabis and higher purchase limits.
• However, if you want to be exempt from state sales tax on medical cannabis, you must apply for and receive an MMIC.

• Doctor’s recommendations are kept private between you and your physician.
• MMIC information is confidential and protected by law, but it is entered into a state database for verification by dispensaries.

• MMIC holders do not pay state “sales and use” tax on medical cannabis.
• Both options allow you to purchase larger quantities than recreational customers.
• MMIC is a government-issued photo ID, making verification easier at dispensaries.
